Ingredients:
APPLE FILLING:
4 x apples
Cinnamon
CRUMBLE:160g flour
100g butter
80g brown sugar
1 tbs vanilla essence
METHOD:
1.) Peel and core your apples and cut them roughly into pieces. Place them into a shallow dish and toss with cinnamon.
2.) Pop all your crumble ingredients in your blender & blend on a low speed. Do not over blend or this will turn into a dough. You want to keep the texture crumbly.
3.) Scatter the crumble mixture evenly over your apples and gently press down with the back of a fork.
4.) Pop in a 170° oven for 30-40 mins until golden brown.
