INGREDIENTS:
(Per jar)
1 thinly sliced cucumber
250ml boiling water
120ml white vinegar
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pickle spice (optional).
Mix it all together & let the sugar dissolve. Add your thinly sliced cucumber & let it chill in the fridge for an hour or two. Lasts for up to 4 weeks in the fridge.
