INGREDIENTS:
- Tsp of butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cups of chicken stock
- 250ml cream
- Tsp oregano, thyme, onion powder, salt + pepper
- Pasta (didn't measure)
- 1 broccoli head
- Parmesan cheese (you could replace this with any cheese you have)
- 1/2 a lemon
METHOD:
1.) Add your butter to a pan & fry your garlic in it.
2.) Add 2 cups of chicken broth & 1/2 cup of cream.
3.) Add your spices.
4.) Add your pasta & let it simmer on medium/ low heat for a few minutes.
5.) Chop your broccoli into small pieces & add it to the pasta mixture.
6.) Add the rest of the cream & more water / stock if needed.
7.) Let it simmer until ready to serve.
8.) Before serving, add a generous squeeze of lemon juice & serve with more parmesan.
