Vanilla Granola



Ingredients:


-2 cups rolled oats

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 tbsp vanilla essence

-40g butter (or coconut oil)

-60 ml honey


Method: 1.) preheat your oven / airfryer to 150°

2.) melt your butter & honey in the microwave & give it a good stir.

3.) Add your cinnamon & vanilla essence.

4.) Mix in your rolled oats.

5.) Spread it out on a prepared baking tray / airfryer.

6.) Bake for about 25-30 minutes.

7.) Let it cool down & enjoy!


You can always add extras like raisins / dried fruit. I love mine as is!
